We all know that British summers aren’t always the best bet for hot, sunny days in the garden. However, this doesn’t mean you have to completely miss the barbecue out of your celebration options.
 
Even if it rains, as long as there is Plan B in place, we can still provide a BBQ for you. If you have a gazebo our chef can cook under while guests are herded into the dry indoors, or under a marquee or another gazebo, your BBQ could still be on!
 
We have a huge range of delicious BBQ food - free-range Shropshire leg of lamb marinated in harissa, 100% beef burgers served in ciabatta buns with rocket, Emmenthal, tomato & relish, Thai-style barbecued salmon, and loaded mushroom burgers or halloumi kebabs for vegetarian guests are just a few examples.
 
Served with salads, breads, relishes and topped off with a wonderful selection of our desserts, Britain can be back in BBQ mood once again!
