Like all our food, our canapés are made freshly by us in our large dedicated catering kitchen. Some are bite-sized, some are a little more substantial.
 
We will provide your canapés to suit your individual event and, as always, we work to a seasonal menu.
 
Here is a small example of Canapés we may provide for a Spring/Summer canapé event;
 
 
Garlic Tiger Prawns
Tiger prawns, marinated then grilled and served on skewers with gorgeous Greek yoghurt & mango dip
 
 
Falafel with a Minted Yoghurt Dip (V)
mildly-spiced chick pea falafel balls, served on mini skewers with minted yoghurt dip
 
 
Julienne of Vegetables wrapped in Honeyed Bacon
a firm favourite with our customers!
 
 
Crab Cocktails
served in a little shot glass & topped with caviar - striking and delicious
