Our Hot Fork buffets are delivered to your venue and our service & replenishment staff will be there to serve the food, answer any questions you or your guests may have about the food and generally keep things tidy and ticking along nicely throughout the food service at your event.
 
We can provide white table linen for the buffet tables, as well as plain white plates, cutlery, quality paper napkins for your guests, salt & pepper pots, etc.
 
All the food is freshly prepared and will be delivered to you in our smart liveried van.
 
In general terms, a hot fork buffet menu works best during the colder months between October and March due to the style of food. However, if you would prefer a hot fork buffet at any other time of year, please do get in touch and see what we can suggest for you. Alternatively, you might consider a cold fork buffet instead.
 
An example of a hot fork buffet during Autumn/Winter would be;
 
 
A Selection of perhaps two or three hot main dishes, for example;
Beef Braised in Red Wine; Spicy Lamb with Cream & Almonds; Boeuf Bourguignon;
Mixed Bean Chilli (V); Thai-Style Beef with Sticky Fragrant Rice; Navarin of Cod; Pumpkin & Cheese Bake (V)
 
 
All served with appropriate accompaniments, e.g. nutmeg mashed potato, Dauphinoise potatoes, Basmati rice, seasonal vegetables

Chocolate Fruit & Nut Mascarpone Cheesecake 
 
Spiced Plum Crumble
Fresh autumn plums, poached in a sweet red wine syrup with star anise, cinnamon & nutmeg, with a gorgeous brown-sugar crumbly topping.  Served with creme anglais.
 
Winter Pavlova  
homemade chewy meringue nests topped with whipped cream, clementines, pomegranate & pecan nuts
