For a summer afternoon event, a Garden Party can often be a lovely civilised way to celebrate a special occasion and is suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and christenings, to name but a few.
 
Little sandwiches, baby savoury scones, mini éclairs, strawberry shortcake, cream teas - just add Earl Grey tea, Pimms and maybe even a jazz or classical string quartet for an event with a difference.
