Client Brief: The couple were having their reception at a venue near Whitchurch, Shropshire. They knew exactly what they wanted in their menu and we were more than happy to produce it for them. This is their menu:

 

  • A Selection of Canapes on arrival

 

Starter 

Crab & Crayfish Salad

with thin buttered wholemeal bread

served with Dauphinoise potatoes, fine green beans and a red wine sauce
