I say fortunate because after eating so many standardized/average meals at other weddings, we were desperate to find someone who appreciated our need to have something special and personal to us. And right from the start, Sarah and Michael Aramayo showed that we'd chosen wisely; from their willingness to provide exactly the dishes we had our heart set on, with our own little tweaks and details that most caterers would shy away from, to their extremely open and timely communication throughout the run up to the big day (anyone organizing a wedding knows how important it is).
